
WAG - Wayne Rooney's Girlfriend
Since Christmas, footballer Wayne Rooney's fiancee has been hitting
the gym three times a week - and she's been focusing on her legs, bum
and tum.
All that work has obviously paid off, but Coleen admits it takes a
lot of effort to keep these areas in check. "My legs aren't one of my
best features," says the star. I have to work hard on them because if
they're not toned they look podgy.
Coleen first started exercising regularly when she was preparing to
film her fitness video. She now does three sessions a week, doing
a combination of Pilates, cardiovascular work and toning exercises
using a stability ball.
"The ball is great for love handles" she says. "I'm lucky though, in
that I do have a waist. It's quite slim, but then if I put weight on
it tends to go around my stomach."
