“I swapped love handles for a taught tum”

As well as revamping her diet, Tina (Hobley) firmed her legs and stomach with the help of London based Personal Trainer Adam Lask. 

Tina started using a cross trainer 3 times a week. On three other days she would have 3 hourly sessions with Adam in the gym.
Just 3 weeks into the regime, Adam says that Tina’s weight began to fall off. “Tina had only set out to lose 7lbs, but the weight came off very quickly,” he says. “After 8 weeks of training she’d lost 21lbs, and her energy levels were sky high.

The area around her stomach had lost its flab and she looked much slimmer. Her love handles had been replaced by firm skin, and the tops of her legs were more streamlined.

Tina (Hobley) was unhappy with her 9-st 11lbs figure, but thanks to our specially designed regime she’s lost a stone and a half in just 8 weeks.
“The main problem I had was being really lethargic”, she says, “but now I feel much better after going to the gym.

I wake up in the morning now and feel ready to get up. I feel like a new person. I went on this regime to try to kick my laziness, but it turns out that I really enjoyed it at the same time.” Tina worked with Personal Trainer Adam Lask.
